A balloon release can be a real talking point, how about kicking off your event by releasing upto 1000 helium filled balloons - it really is a very memorable way to start any event! Fundraising releases work like this.....
You sell tickets to as many people as you can prior to the release, each ticket will have the name of the buyer on it along with an address of where the ticket is to be returned to when someone finds it. Each ticket is usually sold for between £1.50 and £2.00 this covers the costs of materials etc. On the day of the release the balloons will be inflated and a ticket will be attached to the neck of each balloon. These inflated balloons are then put into a big net ready for the time that they will be released.
When the balloon net is opened the balloons flow out creating a real spectacular in the sky!
